Jun is the Founder and Representative Director at Project M Consulting Company, focused on building strategic partnerships across hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, high-growth technology firms, and retail/food and beverage brands. With a diverse background in institutional investing, fund formation, corporate leadership, and entrepreneurship, Jun brings a uniquely informed perspective to client development, business consulting and advisory.

He began his career at Boston Consulting Group and was seconded to CLSA to help establish their Japan private equity platform. He later held investment roles at Fortress Investment Group and Millennium, where he managed multi-asset strategies across Asia with strong risk-adjusted performance. In a later venture, Jun successfully raised over USD 100 million—including anchor capital from Marubeni Corporation—to launch his own hedge fund, gaining hands-on experience in fund structuring and capital raising.

In the corporate space, Jun served as Chief Branding Officer at United Super Markets Holdings (USMH), a subsidiary of the Aeon Group, where he led branding, digital strategy, and IT initiatives for several major retail brands in Japan.

A serial entrepreneur, Jun has founded and scaled ventures across fintech, e-commerce, and consumer goods in both Japan and Indonesia. He is fluent in English, Japanese, Chinese, and Indonesian, and holds a degree in Materials Engineering from MIT. Jun’s ability to navigate both investment and entrepreneurial ecosystems makes him a trusted partner for clients seeking to scale their business.
